Why Routine Matters in Recovery

Young people facing emotional or behavioural challenges often experience chaos in their daily lives. At Holina Village, we provide a structured environment that fosters stability, predictability, and healing. Our daily schedule blends clinical therapy, community connection, creative expression, and restful moments—all within a safe, calm, and supportive setting designed for recovery.

Morning: Grounding the Day

  • 7:30 AM – Wake-up & morning hygiene

  • 8:00 AM – Morning mindfulness or movement (yoga, breathwork, stretching)

  • 8:30 AM – Nutritious, farm-fresh breakfast

  • 9:00 AM – Community check-in group (setting daily intentions, peer support)

  • 10:00 AM – Therapy session (individual or group)

Morning sessions are designed to ground the nervous system and begin the day with clarity and intention.

Conclusion: Every Day Is a Step Toward Recovery
