In personal recovery himself, Jay brings lived understanding and consistent presence to the role, supporting residents through both the practical and human dimensions of residential treatment. His grounded, steady approach is built on years of commitment to his own recovery and to the recovery of others.

With experience across educational, community, and residential settings — including work with unaccompanied minors and individuals with complex psychosocial needs — she brings psychological assessment, individual counselling, crisis intervention, and therapeutic group work to the team. Her approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), integrating systemic and trauma-informed principles to help residents build resilience and healthier ways of coping.
